Please read the following before placing an order:

Images - When emailing us a photo, image , or logo, please make sure it is in the correct format; we accept JPEGs, Bitmaps, PDF's and GIF's of minimum resolution 200 DPI. This insures a crisp on your edible product, and allows us to resize as necessary.

Samples - If you would like to see a sample of the product before you place your order, please note that a $10 fee applies for setup, design, and material costs. Once you place your order, this fee will be deducted from your total cost. However, if you do not place the order, this fee is non-refundable.

Deposit - For orders over $100, we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost. This fee can be paid by cheque, money order, cash, or paypal.

Turnaround - Please allow at least one week for cookies and chocolate orders of over 100 pieces. During holidays, such as Christmas, Valentine's day, and mothers/fathers day, please get your orders in early as we are busier during those times. However, give us a call and we will see what we can do for you if you're in a time crunch. If you are outside the GTA and require us to ship your products to you, please add on at least 2 days for time in transit. (Please contact us with your postal/zip code for shipping costs) For cakes, please place your orders at least 2 days before you require the cake.

Payment - Please refer to 'deposit' for info on deposits. Once your order is completed, you can pay the balance by cash, cheque, money order, or paypal. Please note that payment must be made either prior to or upon delivery. We will issue an invoice for billing purposes.
